About
VI International Scientific and Practical Conference "Federalism in the Contemporary Public Law"

(hereinafter - Conference, FSPP-2023) will be held on November 7-17, 2023 in the walls of Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, St. Petersburg State University and Kutafin Moscow State Law University.

The conference will be held in a face-to-face format with the possibility of online connection. The work of all sections will be broadcast on Youtube channel.

The Conference is open to:
- undergraduate students;
- graduate students;
- postgraduate students;
- young scientists;
- current researchers;
- professors.
 
Conference working languages: Russian, English.
 
An electronic certificate of participation will be sent to each participant who has personally participated in the Conference sessions.

Sessions:
- "History and Theory of Federalism";
- "30 Years of the Constitution of the Russian Federation: Outcomes for Federalism and Local Self-Governance";
- "Fiscal Federalism and Spatial Development";
- "Comparative Federalism";
- "Regional Integrations";
- "Federalism in Law and Practice".
 
Panel discussions: 
- "Why do we need to research the forms of the state?";
- "Federalism and human rights".

Requirements for the research paper:
- The work has not been previously published and has scientific novelty;
- Office Word text file;
- 12 Times New Roman font;
- Single line spacing;
- Citation style Vancouver, paginated numbering under the main text;
- The work should contain the title (title of the topic);
- Articles should not be fewer than 2,000 words and should not exceed 10,000 words; 
- Originality: 70% or more;
- At the end of the work a bibliographic list in Russian and English languages (up to 10 sources) is drawn up.
 
Please note! In case of non-compliance with the established rules (incomplete data about the author, exceeding the established volume of the papers, etc.) the Organising Committee may refuse the participation in the Conference without giving an explanation.
 
Co-authorship is allowed.
 
Any participant of the Conference may attend any session as a listener.

Cost of participation

Participation in the Conference is free of charge.
 
Costs related to travel to Moscow, accommodation and meals will be reimbursed by the sending side. 
Please note: The Organising Committee will not assist in booking accommodation.
